By accessing or using the websites operated by Herb’s House Coffee (“we,” “us,” “our”), including hello.herbshouse.io and marcom.herbshouse.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Service Description

Herb’s House Coffee operates a marketing platform that powers landing pages, waitlist signup forms, SMS notifications, and promotional content for our coffee brand. Our services allow you to learn about our offerings, join waitlists, receive text message notifications, and stay connected with Herb’s House Coffee.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program and Message Types

Herb’s House Coffee Alerts sends text messages related to:

• One-time verification codes (OTP) for phone number confirmation
• Waitlist status notifications and updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per interaction (for example, one verification code when you sign up, and one or two notifications when your waitlist status changes). We do not send recurring marketing blasts via SMS.

Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Herb’s House Coffee does not charge for text messages, but your mobile plan may.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive texts from this program.

Consent

Our text messaging services are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary based on your carrier and location.
